Ruling More than 1 type?

If there was an attack that a pokemon has and it requires both say like lighting and fire energy is the attack treated as both types?
 
No, only the type the actual card is. The upper right corner of the card represents which the the card is.
So even if your pokemon is water type, but it takes fighting energy to attack, the attack is still a water attack. So weakness/resistance is applied for the type on the upper corner.
