The reason I left a neutral is simple: it's been almost two months since we confirmed, and he still admits that he hasn't even sent out. He tries excusing it by saying he's been at some sort of sleepaway camp for weeks and weeks, but then why even attempt trading with people if that's the case?
I'm not sure if this was just bad timing on both our parts, and I don't know if this will happen again or has happened before. All I know is that it happened now, and despite any excuses that can be made, it was still an unacceptable amount of time to wait for his cards. Especially one that was in such demand.
