Ruling moving energy?

are there any cards that let you move energy around as you wish? on your pokemon? if there are then i will post this in the combo section once i find out it i can make the combo or not.... keep it HP and on

Well there's energy switch which is a trainer to move one. Celebi MT's attack lets you move all your basic [G] energies. That's about all I know of.

Some Pokemon have the ability to allow you to move energy cards. I am not sure which Pokemon have the ability though. I think Tyranitar has and a few others but I am not sure.
