I think it's both because it's shiny and it worked for the time travel event thing in HG/SS

can you ev train my precious Sparky to LV.100 plz.He is a Mightyena that is newly evolved on level 30 that hatched from an egg breed from a LV.100 Mightyena Male from the GTS and a LV.24 Mightyena Female migrated from Emerald.He is based on my dog sparky and I will have way to mcuh trouble leveling him up and don't know how to ev train but I want him to be the gem of my team.

First of all, did you level up "Sparky" at all? If he has never gained any exp, then I can EV him. If he has gained exp, then make another egg, and I'll get him back to you.
