Ruling mr. mime and jirachi

ok stupid question can jirachi still do one desire if he is facing off against a mr. mime. i was just wondering if any cards that have attacks that require no energy can attack mr. mime.

One Desire should be ok since it does not target mime. Doom Desire should only work if mr.mime does not have mime jr. under it. Someone please clarify if incorrect.

You can still do any attack you want against Mr. Mime, but Mime's poke-pody prevents just the damage (or any effects if you have Mime Jr. under him).

as long as nothing is done to the Mr. Mime, you can do it.

Collect, one desire, the agility effect all will work, as they are done to the attacker. Things like Drag off, tentacle strike, brine will not work on Mime, as they are targetting him

to make it make more sense, Mr.mime can block any effects , and damage done to mr.mime (it) . only if mine jr. is under it and the pokemon has 2 or less energy attached.
