Ok, so this deck is my ontake of the sadly banned GenPlume deck, it's basicly JUST like it, but a bit faster. First you want to start out with Slowpoke, and use Rambuctious Party, so that you can get Oddish and Misdrveus. Mr.Mine lets you see your oppenets hand(but they also see your hand!), so you can be ready to use Poltergeist on your oppenet, with all the trainers being used(Catchers, Crushing Hammer, etc etc.). Bannet is a good tech to use in this because you can use the HUGE hand of theirs(because of Vilepume making their hand bigger and bigger), and you put the damage counters on the defending pokemon for how many cards are in your oppenets hand! Only down side is that it needs a DCE to use it quickly. The bad things about the deck is that they have REALLY low HP, so they can easily killed, but if played right you can lock your oppenet in about 3 turns IF used right. Thank you for reading!:)

It's a nice start and the idea is solid, all you need to do is just streamline the lines down and oly use what you need in the right amounts. For example you don't need 4 Mr.Mime as you won't have anymore than 1 on your bench so you only really need 1 Mr.Mime as it isn't incredibly essential to the strategy. Also, why are you playing Lost World, you play nothing that sends your opponents pokemon to the lost world, so it's just wasted space. Just to make my life easier and save typing

3-3 Mismagius UD
3-2-2 Vileplume UD
1 Mr.Mime TM
1 Cleffa HGSS

4 Pokemon Collector
3 Professor Oak's new Theory
2 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Communication

9 {P}

That's a skeleton list of the cards that you should be playing in the amount you need them in. Why did i include Rare Candy and Communication? simple, you won't have a trainer lock until at least T3/T4. These are just to help you out early game. 3-2-2 Vileplume? Yanmega prime is quite a popular card right now plus Catcher is going to be a big card when released so ideally you want to be able to drop 2 Oddish's onto the bench so that if your opponent snipes or drags up 1 you will still have another Oddish on the bench to evolve next turn.

As for any additional pokemon techs. i would suggest you keep it to a minimum as to avoid drawing into unecessary pokemon when they aren't needed and only add what you feel will really help the deck. Slowking HGSS manipulates your opponents next top-deck. so it may be best just to leave it as it is. but you won't need Dodrio as nothing should be getting dragged up once Vileplume hits the field, and Hypno is more of a hassle as it's power won't always work or the defending pokemon may just wake up next turn.
