Ruling MT - Typhlosion Poke-Power

Hello,

When playing Typhlosion (MT) and using the Poke-Power Fire Starter, can you attach a Double Rainbow Energy from your discard pile to one of your benched pokemon?
 
No. Double Rainbow only provides Fire Energy while in play (it says so on the card). The discard pile is not in play, so DRE is not providing Fire Energy there and thus can't be searched for by Firestarter.
 
Only fire are retreivable....others like multi and DRE change type according to what you want it to be
