Ruling Multiple copies

So I want to throw together a fun Darkrai deck for the unlimited format. My question is, can I potentially play 4 lvl x, 4 regular and 2 of the Split Legend card?

You may have two of each legend piece and up to four of any combo of the lvl x and normal darkrai

For purposes of deck construction, "LV.X" is not part of the card name. You may have up to 4 cards named Darkrai in your deck.

For something like "Darkrai G", however, the G is part of the name, so you can have 4 of those as well.

As for legends? The name of each half is the same; "Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND"; you can have 4 legend halves with the same name in your deck also.
