Im sorry to say this but i feel like you have too many different lines of pokemon. I ran a beedrill PLF deck myself. I found that the only real way to run it properly is to really focus on making use of Beedrill itself. Beedrills with max potion or Cherrim to be sure it can attack.
 
Beedrill PLF is actually a decent card. I'm going to agree with Ivy though. If you want to use Beedrill, it has to be your main attacker. You would also need Max Potions, Pokemon Center Lady's, or Super Potions. It'd be cool if the Weedle and Kakuna had an ability or something to help stream Beedrill's faster too.
 
Yeah can you imagine if a new beedrill line came out instead of the butterfree? Turn 1 60 damage poison and confuse is pretty scary.

Either way too much energy for any deck and not enough supporters.
