Strategy:
This is my first serious deck I've put together in my life. When i was kid, i had no idea how to structure a deck, and played a theme as my main. I recently got back into Pokemon, and decided to build proper deck for the first time. Even my league Leader from back in the day, who is also the leader of my current league, agrees this is the most sophisticated deck I've ever built. The idea is simple. Get M Charizard (Y) EX powered up, and active with a Protection Cube, as soon as possible, to deal 300 with no side effect. Keldeo EX is there to back up M Charizard, Victini EX is there to power up Keldeo, and M Charizard. Reshiram, and the others are there as a first offensive force/punching bags/last resort. The Pokemon Center Ladies are there to mainly heal Charizard in-case i can't a Protection cube on it. The supporters/stadium/blacksmith's are supposed to get everything in place. It has flaws, i know. I'm gonna get a Float Stone for Keldeo so i can bring him in and out as an active as much as i like. Constructive Criticism would be nice.

RE: My first serious deck. What do you think?

If you're going to use Blacksmith you'll need ways to get energy in the discard. I'd max out your Ultra Balls and maybe add a couple of Battle Compressor. Also add 3-4 Professor Juniper/Sycamore and another 1-2 VS seeker so you can keep bouncing the Blacksmith out the discard pile. Also 3-4 N if you can get it.

If your strategy is to consistently hit for 300 with M-Charizard you could really do with running more than one. I'd suggest a 3-2 line but I'm guessing you're just working with what you have there. It is an expensive card.

20 energy plus 3 prof letter is waaay too much. I'd say 10-12 is the absolute most you'd ever want and maybe 2 prof letters. Maybe not even that much.

I don't think Rapidash or Clawitzer are worth it since they don't really lend anything to the strategy. If you can get more of the other pokemon you'd be better thickening out their lines instead. If you want to run Keldeo EX then adding a float stone will give all your pokemon on the field free retreat.

Awesome, Thank you for the suggestions! I'll try to make some of these adjustments. But, yeah. M Charizard EX is pretty hard to get. I've never pulled a Mega Evolution, and i had to trade 3 rather useful EXs to get one. It is a Secret rare though, and M Charizard EX was the Holy Grail equivalent on the list of cards i'd like to get.

-1 Victini-EX (Really too frail for an EX; there are better ways to power up)
-2 Alomomola (Attacks are too costly)
-2 Clauncher (Not worth it)
-1 Clawtizer (Not worth it)
-2 Ponyta (Not worth it)
-1 Rapidash (Not worth it)
-1 Trevor (Not worth your supporter slot)
-1 Center Lady (Three is more than enough)
-1 Elesa (Not worth your supporter spot)
-2 Teirno (Not that great)
-1 Evosoda (Not too useful)
-2 Professor's Letter (Way, way too much)
-1 Energy Retrieval (Got Blacksmith already)
-1 Rainbow Energy (Not useful)
-8 Water Energy (No poke that needs the energy, and 8 is overkill)
-1 Fire Energy (Should be enough)

+1 Keldeo-EX (Consistency)
+1 Charizard-EX Stoke (Consistency)
+1 M-Charizard-EX (Consistency, and if applicable
+1 Reshiram (Consistency)
+1 Kyurem LT (Good card accompanying Reshi)
+1 Dedenne FUF (Nice card for beginners)
+2 Float Stone (For Keldeo)
+4 Professor Sycamore (Staple)
+2 Shauna (Staple instead of N)
+2 Colress (Staple)
+2 VS Seeker (Staple)
+2 Hard Charm (Consistency)
+2 Ultra Ball (Staple)
+1 Shrine of Memories (If you Mega Evolve but need to use Charizard-EX's attacks)
+1 Scorched Earth (Consistency)
+2 Lysandre (Staple)
+2 Double Colourless Energy (Great card for powering up Outragers and M-Charizard-EX)

In general, similar comments to the other posters.
Focus your pokemon. Too much variety is a losing strategy.
narrow it down to the 3-4 "key" pokemon. then put in 2-4 of those pokemon.

Your pokemon and energy should be in the lower teens re quantity.

you need much more draw support.
the key each turn also is to work through as many cards as you can.
add 2+ Sycamore, 2+ N, 2+ Colress, etc..

what is to "key" strategy to this deck... then try to work your supporters to make that happen faster.
