i opened a pack of EX power keepers and got a holo kabutops with a golden name EXPK stamped with a holo rare sign

is this some special card or do they all come like that

i tried google but got nothing

You mean to say that said tops has the Power Keepers logo in the lower right hand corner? If so, then it's just a reverse holo version of the card. all of the cards in that set come with a reverse holo version. And the holo rarity symbol is part of the reverse holo-ness.

but the back ground is holo not the outside of the card

and how about the gold name
