• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

I know that this is far from perfect and isn't legal (quick and dusk ball) and most of these are just place holders. Currently I'm looking to get some Rare candy, Flost Stone, Ultra Ball, N, Pokemon Center, and replace BKEX Promo with Plasma Storm in which case I'll replace some retrievals with superiors. I defidently want to take out the illegal cards (mentioned above), a Wortortle, communication, potions, and some energy. What do you guys think I should also change?

Before I start, I am going to assume you do not have access to Tropical Beach. If you do, let me know and I can do adjustments to fit them in.

You have several 1 of cards. That is not consistent so you'll have less chance of getting them when you need them. Energy Search is not needed in this deck. The lone HTL is also basically useless. Potion doesn't heal enough damage to be worthwhile. You'll also want to drop Dusk Ball and Quick Ball in favor of Ultra Ball because you can be guaranteed the Pokemon you need. With the improved Pokemon Engine, you want need Pokemon Communication.

For Blastoise to be successful, you need a lot of draw power. Maximizing Juniper helps you do this as does adding a couple Colress. You'll always have some benched Pokemon so you should be able to get more cards off that. It also helps if you have a bad hand. Max Potion is like an Emergency Heal in case you need to heal something. Computer Search lets you discard two cards to get any card from your deck into your hand making the deck faster.

That looks quite manageable. Is max potion for Blastoise? You assumed correctly with the tropical beach.
