The charizard is definently the more valuable card in the trade. It has a much higher price value, is newer, and actually is a good card. Whoever is getting the Dragon Frontiers charizard is getting a better deal.

Well, since both are rotated, it doesn't matter which card is better. But the Dragon Frontiers one is worth more.
