Pokemon (25):
3-3-3-1 Gengar (2 SF, 1 Tri, X ARC)
2-1-2 Vileplume (UD)
1-1 Infernape (RR, X RR)
1 Ditto (LA)
3 Spiritomb (ARC)
2 Uxie (LA)
1 Azelf (LA)
1 UnownQ (MD)

T/S/S (22):
3 BTS
4 Bebe's
2 PONT
3 Lookers
2 Cynthia's Feelings
3 Collector
1 Palmer's Contribution
2 Twins
2 Rare Candy

Energy (13):
8 Psychic
3 Warp
2 Rescue

Typical strategy for Vilegar. Start with Tomb, collector and evolve using darkness grace/BTS. Get out Vileplume as soon as possible to keep trainer lock. Attack using Poltergeist and Shadow room when necessary, but in my take, have an Infernape lvlx on the bench to pull out pokemon from the bench for easy picking. Imagine a garchomp out and I use infernape's ability. All they have on the bench at the moment is a pixie, crobats, and a bronzong. The reason why I have two twins, is because I am expecting my first spiritomb to die at least. What do you think?

-1 Ditto
-2 Rare Candy

+1 Gastly
+1 Gloom
+1 Spiritomb

4-3-3-1 Gengar is what you should have, but 4-4-3-1 is better for more consistency. It gives you greater odds of starting with a Gastly in your hand, and in case you don't have the Tomb start you can still T1 lock Trainers. 2-2-2 Gloom for Spiritomb evolution, and 4 Spiritomb for consistency. Ditto isn't necessary since it does help against some matchups, but is a very easy KO. No Rare Candy, since you're going for the Trainer lock the entire game.

I'd also recommend taking out Infernape, since I don't really see any use of having it. Sure, it does hurt your opponent's Bench, but at times you'd want to KO the active. If you are going to take out Infernape, put in another Haunter and maybe a draw card (like PONT).

You're going to need the Division and the Event you plan on playing this for in the Title. Thanks.

dmaster out.
