Ruling N and Juniper

I got a little question: can I use the new reprint cards of N and Juniper of the Dark Explorers collection in the National Championship in my country (Brazil) that will be on May, 26th?

You can use them provided Dark Explorers was released in your country by then. I don't know what the Brazilian release date is for Dark Explorers offhand, but if it's before May 26th then you can use them. (If not, then you can't.)

You can since it's a reprint. Same as the ruling issued before states about using promo zekrom ex

Everything else that's not juniper, n, cheren, or rare candy can't be used till your country's release date got the set
