What does it mean when someone has a * next to their name? Are they in danger of getting banned? (Anyone can lock once the question is answered)

If you saw that in "Who's online" list, it means that that is you (at least if you're invisible). Else I think it's part of the name, but sure not, that you are close to get banned.
