ND pull rates suck.

Out of my Prerelease, ( around 30 people) only 4-5 people pulled EXs. Two of which were Kyurem,

That doesn't mean anything tbh. Today was only the first day of prereleases. There's still tomorrow and next weekend. From past experiences, there has always been some PRs that pull little to nothing and some that pull a whole lot. Just because your PR stunk, doesn't mean that the pull rates are bad. I just asked someone who went to a PR today and they told me some people got 2 EXs in their 6 packs.
