• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Do you mean 5 psychic and 8 metal? I personally play an A9tails and a single water energy to buy time for my setup while my opponent scrambles for a non GX attacker. And is Gladion really necessary in this deck? I would say:
