Need Decklist for 2018/19 Standard

Hi,
I wasn't able to play the TCG for the last month (last format I played was BKT-FLI) and have a SUM-CES League Cup soon. I don't have an idea what postrotation decks look like and which decks are viable.

I'm actually searching for any competitive deck I can build with the following cards and a maximum of 100$ for additional cards.

I have
- all trainer staples except CES
- a playset of Zoroark GX, Lycanroc GX, Golisopod GX, Lucario GX
- 3 Buzzwole GX, Malamars, 2 Necrozma GX, 3 Ultra Necrozma GX, 2 Dawn Wing Necrozma GX
- of course enough Tapu Lele GX

Is there any competitive deck I could build with these cards? Like I previously said, I'm able to buy singles for up to 100$.

One of the decks that I have been play testing as of lately has been ZoroRoc. I just want to give a heads up I may have missed a few cards since I quickly made the list from memory on ptcgo so I could get this posted. For the buzz match up you could add Deoxys CES or Latios SLG and counter catcher to make the matchup slightly better I just didnt bother since I knew the matchup would be bad either way.

Could you please explain how Buzzcargo works? Do you try to get those Knuckle Impact OHKOs, do you snipe with Jet Punch, and what is Cargo used for when you don't have a reliable way drawing into the cards except Acro Bike?
 
Sure, as all BuzzWole decks the aim is early pressure with jet punch and then knuckle impact FTW. Cargo is your consistency engine, and you draw non only with acrobike, but also with oranguru and sophocles. I played more than 50 games and I never had a game where I couldn't draw a card that i put on top. Extremely useful to get guzma and beast ring/beast energy or switch and so on.

If you like Buzzcargo, how would Lucario GX Magcargo work? I currently am playing Lucario GX Lycanroc GX but I feel Lycanroc isn't pulling it's weight despite this deck's success at my local tournaments.

Actually my first sketch idea was lucario/cargo, but turned out to be a little bit too unconsistent, because you need so many things to make it work, and does not hit numbers, unless you use shrine, but you prefer brooklet hill. Buzzwole is more straight forward and hits numbers, also putting early pressure.
