Strategy
Use Ho-OH to energy aceleration. The other pokes are for weakness, techs.
Mewtwo EX is the main attacker
Cobalion EX mostly for plasma decks.
Latias EX for Empoleon(and other ability users)
Genesect EX for his ability.
Terrakion for Darkrai matchs.

I only have acess to 2 Hypnotoxic, and I'm trying to fit another Virbank. Any suggestions on how to improve the deck are welcome.

3 ho-oh? starting with ho-oh is the most painfull way to die (?
exchange your line 3 MWT & 2HOOH
at least 1 virizion for special conditions

1-2 laserbank line is a waste of space (specially against virizion, keldeo, slurpuff)
with that many techs i suggest 3 pokemon catchers or escape rope if the coin is not your friend (and remove genesect)
professor letter is a "must" in this deck

Thanks for the suggestion. I use 3 Ho-Ohs cause I rather be safe than sorry. Sometimes both are on the prizes, but I'll try it out. Hypnotoxic is cause I always need 10damage points to KO the oponent pokes. I would like to use prof. letter, but the tournament I'll be participating is only NEXD-Plasma Blast. I'll try to make these changes. Is there anything else I should switch, like some poke? Maybe Boufallant?

Ho-oH and mewtwo are the main line
the other pokes (techs) deppends on how the metagame goes in your city
if there are too many blastoise-> tech tropius (send up a "safeguard poke", the opponent must attack with blastoise then you make OHKO to the engine of his deck with tropius)
darkrai -> terrakion , retalite and KO
plasma-> cobalion&sawk first for special energies (the opponent goes forced to play thundurus and then you use sawk or terrakion) sawk is a cheap attacker and snorlax's killer
VirGen-> Ho-oh EX (lol
maybe mr.mime to prevent from landorusEX or darkraiEX attacks
keckleon as a flexible tech
Keldeo EX instead of virizion for special conditions and even to free retreat
rotom for empoleon matchup or even lugia ... ok... no
