Collecting Need Help Identifying Sealed Base Set Pokémon Cards

These cards have been in my possession for as long as I can remember. BUT, I have no idea where they came from, if there rare, or even if they're real.

I've been collecting Pokémon cards since I was around 7 years old, and I'm not 26. I'm only huge on the classic cards, nothing past second gen.

Yet, I've never seen other cards like this before.

I asked someone at a local shop, that specializes in older cards, and he told me the same thing, that he's never seen these cards.

Maybe someone can shine some light in the situation?

The cards look and feel real, yet they're not cut properly, and they're sealed in the same kind of plastic that the original Mochamp was sealed in.

Someone help!

Look up the Charizard authority on google or Facebook he had a guide on these. They are rare. They had something to do with matching the correct color to the prints or something. Check his guide
