Moved from the Deck Garage to the TCG Help & Advice as the OP is looking for help on an incomplete decklist (once you finished the decklist, you should repost it in the Deck Garage for further feedback). ~ bbninjas

Righteo, time to help ya out!

The main concern I have for your deck is that it is very inconsistent. It feels like you've thrown all the [D] and [R] Pokemon you own into a single deck, which unfortunately will not work. Something that the recent Nationals decks, many of the Deck Garage decks, Metagame decks, Article decks and the like all have in common is that they include only a few Pokemon and include multiple copies of [most of] those Pokemon. The reason for this is consistency - so you draw what you need when you need it - and to have a focused strategy, so your deck can be built around it. It also makes room for Trainers, which are very important in all competitive decks. To start off, I suggest you decide on one or two Pokemon that you would like to build your deck around. Then we can go from there.

Also, I suggest you read up on some of those front-page articles, such as this one where the writer goes through his thought process in creating his Serperior deck, and perhaps some of the articles on Pokemon.com, such as this one, which gives some tips on making EX-less decks.
