Help Need help, just starting out (Charizard)

Hey everyone! I'm just starting out with pokemon card collecting, currently looking for my first time purcashe. I come from a small east europen country and looking at local sales i found this charizard card i would liketo buy:

As a total newbie, i would love some help on determining its worth.

These two are the only pictures available and i believe its a base set non-1st edition holo card.

I would be really happy, if some of you pros could shed some light on its worth please.

Okay, so you've probably heard the stories of incredibly valuable base set Charizards. Everybody has. However, that one is not first edition, as you said.

It might just be my imagination, but it looks like the card is ever so slightly bent. I could be wrong, but that's just what it looks like to me. just keep in mind that whoever is selling probably knows it's value. If the price looks too low to be true, there's probably a reason for it.

Well, the price is 65€, which to me looks excessive for NON-1st edition base set charizard and i also see some wear around the edges.

I'm hoping to present arguments to bring the price down a little :)

And thank you for welcoming me! I'm looking forward to slowly building up my collection of pokemon.
