Can someone please help me pick out budget standards deck that does not have tapu lele I heard greninja and volcanion are good but cannot find any deck list

I'd suggest you consider decks like:
  • Rainbow Force - features Xerneas (BKT) and a host of different Pokémon types (e.g., Bisharp, Galvantula, Volcanion, etc.) that can provide significant damage output boost.
  • Lycanroc GX - has an attack, Crunch, that inflicts 30 damage and removes energy from the defending Pokémon; so, one can play an "energy denial" strategy that, hopefully, significantly reduces one's opponent from effectively attacking.
  • Umbreon-Garbodor - features Umbreon GX whose main attack inflicts 90 damage of the Defending Pokémon, as well and additional 30 damage onto an opponent's benched Pokemon.
You can hopefully find examples of these decks in the Deck Garage Forum. For any Tapu Lele GX you might find listed, you could substitute that with an Oranguru and/or another card-draw Supporter.

Draft a shell of a complete deck you interested in and post that draft in the Deck Garage for further, more specific improvement suggestions.

I hope you find these comments helpful.

Glad to hear Greninja is a deck you are considering! When it comes to post-rotation deck lists, there won't be any out there for any deck really, because the season just started a couple days ago. After a couple regionals we will all have a good idea what the meta will look like, and of course the deck lists that go with it. As a result of this, the only good post rotation deck lists for a deck will be the ones people have tested out in PTCGO, at locals, etc. Here is my Greninja deck list that I have personally had a lot of success with on PTCGO, and at my own locals. Whether you choose to straight up play it or make your own changes, I recommend you at least consider using it as a starting place.

4 Frogadier- BREAKPoint
