Need help with a deck

Yeah. Im not a tournament player or anything like that. I just want to play with my friends.

My first deck was a garitina/empoleon deck. That the strategy was knocking tons of cards from their hand.

And since im only playing with my friends i kinda got board of having to think of what to do during the match so my strategy stays good. So I just want to build a deck with a few cards that i think are good.

So does anyone have any suggestions of a deck i can build with only rising rivals cards?

i want infernape 4 and infernape 4 lvl x in it.

pretty much i want just to now some pokemon in rising rivals that would go with infernape 4.

would flygon work if im just playing with friends?

^Well, Infernape 4+Luxray GL (both with the Lv.X) one the Nats in the Masters division. They are played by moving around your opponent's Defending Pokemon and retreatint into either Infernape 4 Lv.X or Luxray GL Lv.X or other techs to type-trump that new Defending Pokemon.
