Help Need help with consistency! Expanded

I'm trying to make this Leafeon Lurantis (Promo) deck in Expanded, but it seems to have too many things not going for it. Can anyone help me with a base decklist?
However, I want no Tapu Lele GX in it. I need all the bench space I can get. Therefore, my turn one Brigette needs to rely on Battle Compressor and VS Seeker combo. Typically I do 3 BC, 4 VS Seeker and 4 Order Pad to get through this with an uncanny amount of success, but I was wondering of there was a better way to do this? Or if I should do sky field?

is what I'm looking at generally. This isn't exact, but it's what I can remember off the top of my head. The main issue is prizing any Lurantis or Fomantis caps Leafeon at 200 without Kukui, which is 10 short of the really good 210. I want to fit Latios in, becuase it makes hitting 210 really easy with only 2 Lurantis
