Darkrai/Tornadus is the best Darkrai variant out there that uses Darkrai as the main attacker. Load Darkrai quickly with Dark Patch and start hitting your opponent. Tornadus is a backup attacker and serves as an answer for Fighting decks.

Otherwise, Zoroark variants are the next thing you're going to get with Darkrai.

I can help, but how limited are you because there are a lot of extremely expensive decks I can come up with, but there are also a few <$100 decks.
