Ruling need help.

if i have a minun on my bench and a pokemon with cessation crystal as y active. say the active with cessation dies. do i draw 2 cards for minuns power. or do i not draw cards because the cessation blocks the power.

basically does the cessation go away before my power gets kicked in or does the power not work cause cessation stays in play.

please help need 2 know.
 
you get to draw 2 because cessation crystal already goes away.so minun's power is activated once the active dies,thus discarding all cards attached to it
 
Read it carefully.

Minus Charge
Once during your turn (before your attack), if any of your Pokemon were Knocked Out during your opponent's last turn, you may draw 2 cards. You can't use more than 1 Minus Charge Poke-Power each turn. This power can't be used in Minun is affected by a Special Condition.

It's not automatic when your Pokemon is Knocked Out, you trigger it on your next turn. By that time Cessation Crystal is long gone. It doesn't matter that Cessation Crystal was in effect when the condition happened, as long as it's not there when you actually use the power.
 
and the power will work if you lost a pokemon the last turn, and you drew minun and placed it on the bench, you could then draw 2 with the power, as long as theres nothing blocking it
