Go to User CP, then Change Avatar. You can either upload one from your computer or use one from the internet. Seeing that you dont know this I doubt you know how to do that either?
Anyway, dont use multiple '!'. I fixed that then. Read the rules around the forum so you dont accidently break any rules.
