I (believe I) am the first non-Japanese to own Great Raichu, the Hyper Rank PCG Action Points prize card! I've kept a close watch on all places it would be sold and in close contact with well-known sellers, and was able to save up in preparation to nab the first one when it turned up. And it arrived today!

I am a collector of Raichu, but this card is tied in first to be the most expensive item I've ever bought for Pokemon - about 550$. So, I wanted to do it justice by taking many many photos and writing a detailed history of the point prize cards. My veryvery knowledgeable friend has helped me write a lot of it, but I need some more opinions or any advice, corrections, or info you folks might have to offer!

Major questions:
-I've heard that this Hyper Rank card is equivalent to either Shining Espeon or Shining Umbreon (Japanese versions of course). I know Umbreon sells for over 1000$ and Espeon for around 500$. I got Raichu for closer to 500$ - does this indicate anything, or was it cheaper because it's only half a year old? What card can I compare this to? The points' worth changes each time they do this so I can't figure it out. Also, there's still two more higher ranks (Special and Master) without cards yet, so maybe THOSE will be equivalent in rarity to Umbreon, or worth even more? I honestly don't know what I'm taking about so someone enlighten me?
-My sources told me you PROBABLY get about 50 action points for participating in events here in Japan. Is this true? Anybody know? Seems about right but I'd prefer to have a source beyond one person saying "probably".
-I have a scan like this for one season... http://sunyshore.com/raichu_tcg_great03.jpg Are there any more scans like this showing rankings for other seasons? I can't find any! If there is some I could use please do let me know!
