i want a male shiny growlith lv 1-10 with the move flare blitz i have to offer shiny snivy, landorus, ditto, minccino, and mienfoo

That is easy to get man Just breed a Charizrd Female with a male Arcanine and the move will be passed down. Note the Charizard has to be around level70 or 80 so he has the move on his moveset XD.
If the move does not pass down reverse the male and female so the Arcanine is Female and the Charizard is male XD. Also I think Acanine can learn that move. If he can. Can't remember if he can then just breed with a Ditto to pass down the move to the Growlthe and he will get the move Flare Blitz.
