Need some advice in a Vanilluxe(ND) and Kyurem deck. (PTCGO)

Hey guys, I'm a base set to --> blaine's charizard player irl long time ago. Recently just wanted to relive pokemon tcg now online (cause it's cheaper and flexible). I play reshiphlosion online atm :D

I've read a few stuffs around and came out with this deck idea.

Core:
312 vanilluxe (NDE) line [3x 60hp vanillite]
3 kyurem (glaciate)
2 Cleffa
Tech:
1 Mewtwo ex (to counter other mewtwos)
1 Terrakion (retaliate) (For the eels out there)
1 Shaymin UL
1 Tyrogue (For early baby / tynamo kills and as a free retreater)
1 Victini (v-create)

trainers and supporters:
3 Pokemon Collector
2 oak
4 twins
2 Seeker
1 N!
3 Catcher
2 Switch
4 Junkarm
3 Lost remover
2 Rare Candy
2 Eviolite
2 battle city
2 levelball/dual ball

2 Dce
3 Prism
5 water
1 fire
1 Rescue

If exp share worked, I would probably make some space for it to conserve my energies because I do not have an energy accelerator.

Ideal play of the deck is basically make your opponent's pokemon stuck in active while glaciating them every turn from turn 3. removing energies in the process. Able to disrupt opponent's set up at the bench. This deck requires lots of thinking to do exactly that and manipulating seekers and catchers as well as vanilluxe's power. Because I expect to be behind in prizes when my babies gets knocked out Turn 1 or 2, twins comes into play and speeds the deck up. Seekers in this deck is very versatile, used for bad basic start scoop, "devolving" opponent's set up, forcing energies out of certain pokemons and healing my pokemon.

I run 3 free retreaters just incase 1 is prized because i need it when using vanilluxe's power(need at least 1 in play at all times until I have 2 powered pokemon). I run the victini v-create as a tech against metal(scizor, coballion,Klingklang) cause kyurem and vanilluxe are weak to them and can't OHKO back the metal pokemons. Battle city is there to kill off Skyarrow Bridge or lost worlds.

Need some advice on this deck as a whole. What changes should be made to adapt to the current metagame and be competitive. If possible I would love to add crushing hammers but I don't have the space to do so. Also do I run too little energies for me to be able to attach every turn? Am I running too many twins? Is tyrogue really needed with this style of deck? level ball or dual balls to fish for pokemons from my deck?

This looks like it could use a feraligatr prime! But try 2 Mewtwo, maybe but otherwise looks good, except try a bit more draw power, ie, 2 N, 2 PONT, 2 Juniper.
