New “Gyarados ex Premium Collection” Revealed at GameStop Conference!

We’ve been sent photos of a new “Gyarados ex Premium Collection” that was just revealed at the Gamestop Store Leader Conference. This is an event held every year where manufacturers like TPCi show off their holiday products.

The collection will include a full art Gyarados ex, a reverse holo Magikarp, a magnetic card protector with display base, 65 card sleeves featuring Tera Gyarados, six booster packs, and a code card. The “card protector” was also mentioned for the Charizard ex Premium Collection, but we haven’t...

Either way, good product. Combine this with the chein-pao Starter deck, and you have a solid water deck for kids.

Admittedly, its not as good as the Charizard EX bundle, which will help lower the cost to entry for that deck.

the box design is pretty snazzy but yeah its okay. I feel they should try to promote the new Pokemon from this gen instead of rehashing the same old, same old over and over again.

Well, looks to me like that blasted Lizardon's got the drop on our water dragon fellow when it comes to these particular premium collection boxes, because Charizard's rocking up with an exclusive promo Full Art, while Gyarados gets no such special treatment. Still, though, I do like this new style of Premium Collection!

Are the sleeves in these kind of boxes ETB quality or Pokemon Center quality? Not that either are very long lasting.
