BW/BW2 New Character With The Green Hair

i have a feeling the the new character with the green hair (shown in yesterdays post) is the character Wally... i dont know why, the just have a large resemblence.

what are your thoughts on any of the new characters?
 
I think the guy with the hat will be a guy who says he looks up to the main character but he is a shady liar like harley and then when the main character and the guy have a look at an ancient artifact the green haired guy takes it and gives it to the evil guy for evil purposes. The older looking evil guy could be the younger ones father. Then the young guy finds out he was used for an evil deed that could destroy the police stations and possibly towns. Just a speculation.
 
He looks like a kick-butt rival, or a kick-butt member of the evil team. Either way, he looks way better than any rival or Team member in any game.

LOL imagine if he was your brother in the game who becomes your rival and later reveals himself as the main villain lmao, now thats a major plot twist hahaha.
 
He better not be the rival, because I want to be able to choose the gender of my rival. Not just automatically have some dude as a rival/friend who treats me like a guy. >.>
 
Or how about a villin like Grevill in XD, seems like the most kindest heart ever, but is really evil and makes his children work for him lol that was the best plot twist ever.
