New Dubwool and Wooloo from ‘CoroCoro’ Start 100 Decks!

A new Wooloo and Dubwool have been revealed from CoroCoro‘s exclusive Start 100 Decks! As previously revealed, the decks feature Pikachu V and Eevee V.
Wooloo – Colorless – HP70
Basic Pokemon
[C] CoroCoro Rollout: 30x damage. Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.
Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Dubwool – Colorless – HP120
Stage 1 – Evolves from Wooloo
[C] Overhead Throw: 40 damage. This attack does 10 damage to 1 of your Benched Pokemon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

Are there any prior sets or cards that would suggest this Coro Coro deck will remain exclusive to the Japanese? Any chance they get translated to international?

You Iribi, AKIRA EGAWA and OKACHEKE art being confined to be Japanese only would be a crime.
