BW/BW2 new evolution possibility

we know that pokemon change forms and possibly evolve depending on the season, what about the weather?
for example, maybe castform(or possibly a new pokemon) will evolve while holding a new item depending on the weather(water type when its raining, ice type when its snowing, etc)
discuss!(or else typhlosion will hunt you down!)

and another new evolution idea: what if kekleon evolves via level up while holding a new item, and its type is determined by the type of the move that last hit it

Anyways, new Eeveelutions that are based on seasons are a possibility. I would love to see dual typed Eeveelutions.
