New Japanese Promo Cards? ash's pikachu?

Any one hear of this? japan is getting ash's pikachu and the lv.X. its pretty cool, but does any one know if we are getting it in english? i guess its a movie promotion.

yeah i made a thread of this just a week ago, and yeah a lot of people know about this. Neither of these are very good...
 
Yeah... We've know about this for about two weeks now, and they're not good AT ALL.
 
I'm actually hoping we get them in English so I can trade it to some n00b who's obsessed with Pikachu, if I get one I'm going to be trading immediately(the most epic phail of a card ever)

Does someone have translations? I tried using Google Translator, but they aren't very inteligable. Pika X does 100 damage + 20 to itself? That doesn't seem that bad. 100 with no discard for 3 energy (with gain) is nice. Run it with nidoqueen.

Pika's attack is translated "trash all my energy" Which is pretty funny.
