x21 Grass Energy

Basically I want to try and evolve and power up my Pokemon as fast as possible. Tangela is good for getting the energies I need in case I need them, so I don't really think I need Energy Search but I don't know what I could replace them with. When Tangrowth comes out I can do a lot of damage as long as I have the energy attached to it. Grind and do 20 damage times the number of energy. Once I get Virizion out I can sweep with it, I put Tornadus in there becasue he basically does the same thing as Virizion. I use Lilligant to buy time by using Bemusing Aroma, that all I use it for. Lost of drawing trainer cards to get the cards I need to power up. Heracross also helps with drawing, with his Green Draw, I can draw a card for each of my grass Pokemon. And Maractus is basically a filler.

You've got too much going on with this deck, try cutting Pokémon lines and change your T/S/S for added consistency. In today's game, Bill is completely useless and Collectors are extremely necessary. Also, with a good Trainer/Supporter/Stadium line, you shouldn't need any more than 14 energy. Here's what you need to add:
-A counter to fire decks. Reshiram/Typhlosion is the most popular deck right now, and it'll tear apart ANY grass deck, so you need some counter. Samurott BW takes care of that, as its attack only requires colorless so you can use a DCE and a grass to power it up
-4 Pokémon Collector. I can't stress this enough. Without getting basics your deck is just dead in the water
-Consistent Draw Power. You have like 5 or 6 different types of draw power in that list, with a lot of them being unnecessary for your overall strategy. Bill is just obsolete (Cheren is the same but it lets you draw an extra card), Judge disrupts but you don't need it, Copycat is entirely dependent on your opponent's hand and, unless you play trainer lock or Yanmega, is mostly useless, Juniper is good, and Interviewer's Questions is just unnecessary
-Better trainers. You should max out that communication line and take out those Energy Search. Why have Energy Search when you could judt run more energy. You should be running at least 2 catchers and at least 3 junk arms, among other things. Rare Candies will allow for faster setup, so they're a necessity
-Thicker lines of your better Pokémon. While I'm not a big fan of Tangrowth, it can be competitive, especially combined with Lilligant EP and Fliptini. Virizion is a very competitive Grass starter, and I would definitely run more if I were you

So, what I think you should have, to start:

Pokémon
+2-1-2 Samurott Ability BW
+3-3 Lilligant EP
+2-2 Tangrowth CL
+2 Victini NV 14 (Fliptini)
+3 Virizion NV
+1 Cleffa HGSS
~21

T/S/S
+2 Juniper
+2 PONT
+3 Cheren
+4 Collector
+4 Communication
+3 Catcher
+3 Junk Arm
+2 Rare Candy
+2 Twins
~25

Energy
+11 Grass
+3 Double Colorless
~14

Since 2 of your Pokémon can paralyze, I've simplified the deck to make it so that can happen much more consistently. Serperior was unnecessary and clunky, as it may have healed between turns but all of your Pokémon are OHKO-able anyways. Heracross, while good in theory, required 2 energy to do his draw ability, which can be much better served doing 40/80 with Virizion while drawing a turn earlier. Tornadus, while good, was unnecessary, and Samurott will help much more in your bad matchups and as just an overall good attacker (when your opponent has a fire or fighting deck, that is).

Hope you like what I've done with it! It should run much smoother with the setup I gave you
