hey how do i set up a picture for my profile for poke beach?

Also how does a pre-release work? i wanna try one out but i dont know what they really do there.

For Prereleases, you would go to the place, pay the certain amount advertised (usually $28), and get 6 packs and make a 40 card deck to play in a tournament with using only the cards you pulled and basic energies. After the tournament, everyone gets 2 packs and a cheapo deckbox.
 
Yes that too.

You will get a card with different art from the set and you can include it in your 40 card deck.

Also, if you have more than 4 of a certain card, such as any Pokemon, you may use as many as you like. The 4-card limit doesn't affect any cards except Ace-Specs, that still can only have 1 in a deck.
