New player ( Water deck ) Standard Format

I'm new to the game but I was hooked instantly ( like I'm sure many of you were haha ) but I was wondering what kinda of water decks were good right now. ( main focus being a water archetype )

I have a lot of the staples (from what I've read) trainer wise:

Ultra ball x3
Sycamore x3
Shaymin ex x2
Lysandre x2
Vs seeker x3
Trainers mail x4

I'm running 12 water energy

I have an Ancient Articuno (the trait is has is absolutely amazing to me) & regice (because it's fun stopping ex from doing any damage)

But I'm not sure what to run as the main go to thing can anyone help with some top tier deck ideas?

(also if anyone has a deck list for a fighting & chaos wheel deck I would really like to know those as well)

In general, it really depends which format - Expanded or Standard - you're playing in.

In Expanded:
Blastoise
Manectric/Regice

In Standard:
Manectric/Regice

There is also P-Kyogre decks, which aren't too great in current format, and a bunch of [W] decks that inevitably will sprout on the release of the latest expansion, which releases a lot of [W] support. You can also check out the Metagame Deck Garage for a further list of highly competitive deck lists, including Giratina-EX (Chaos Wheel) lists. You could also find other lists made by the community (with varying competitive levels) in the Deck Garage.
