I'd peg it as fake mainly since the horn and tooth on the lower left just seem so wonky and too unpolished for GF standards.

Not to mention the stock art in the background, and the hideous concept; what is it? some kind of beach sandal that is also a horned fish? for goodness sakes, that thing confirms itself as fake.

It's most likely fake. I saw it on 4chan earlier, and a guy posted a screencap of an Instagram user claiming to have made it himself.
