XY New Pokémon Training App

Hey everyone. I've designed an app for iPhone titled Elite Trainer. It has an IV calculator and Stat calculator, but I also made a special function for EV training. With the EV tracker, you just swipe a few buttons to indicate the Pokemon you're battling, if your Pokemon has Pokerus, or if it's a horde battle, and then the app keeps the EV spread displayed. You can also use Vitamins or the Super Training mode.
The last thing I'll mention is that you can save a record for each Pokemon on your iPhone for convenience. Oh, and it does not require wi-fi to use.

Let me know if I can improve the app in any way.

RE: New Pokemon Training App

Five Pokémon should be EV-trainable at once because of hordes. I always EV train 4-5 Pokémon at once.

Also, no Android?

RE: New Pokemon Training App

I'm just a one-man show right now, so no Android unfortunately.
I've never trained that way before, but I understand how you could. Do you usually keep a tally for the Pokemon in first position (with Power item) and then another tally for the Pokemon who receive EVs from EXP.ALL ?

RE: New Pokemon Training App

Hi, cool app.

I really like the EV tracker because usually I'd just open up Notes and record the EVs I gained in there. That worked partially but most of the time I would forget to write down a couple of the things and mess up my Pokés. This clicking a button thing seems much easier. The only suggestion I have is to maybe add a search bar in the Saved Pokémon area, in case someone saves a ton of them and it becomes hard to find their Charizard or something.

I merged your two threads, since they were the same.

With the EXP. ALL you actually don't need hordes to EV train multiple Pokémon at the same time, but it's definitely the fastest way and the one I always use. I make sure that they all hold the needed EV Enhancing Item.

I use a Sony Xperia Z2 myself, so I won't be able to test the app for myself.

RE: New Pokemon Training App

So when you train 5 or 6 Pokemon at once, you have a Power Band for each of them? (assuming you're training for attack)

RE: New Pokemon Training App

I have Power Items on each of them, but often the Power Items differ. But every Pokémon gets 25 EV:s from each horde (50 if Pokérus but I don't use that).

I have to try training like that. Horde training a single Pokemon is so fast and unlike anything in the previous gens, so I was content with horde battling. I like your idea and I'm sure other people train that way. I'll have to think of a way to be able to track multiple Pokemon at once. Thanks.

Are you going to make this available on Android devices? Most users use Android more than Apple products because they are highly overpriced. Android is the next closest thing to Microsoft so I hope you can make it available for Android and Amazon as well XD.:)

As of right now, I don't have any intentions of porting the app to Android. I know there are a bunch of Android users out there who would give the app a try, but I want to designate the little amount of time/resources I do have into making this app the best it can be.

Why only I Phones? You should make it available to all devices not just one set of devices.:)

It is extremely hard to code programs like this, it would be nearly impossible to expand this project without a proper build team. That being said I plan on downloading this app soon as I have an iPhone!

Oh ok. Will you have it for Android in the future?:)

Having an iPhone is good for the first (not actually first lol) time! :D
I will download the app.

Pretty cool app. I wonder how TCPi feels about it.
They don't care. There are so many Pokémon apps (EV/IV/Stats etc.) already out there, at least for Android.
