New POP Holo?

I've seen a Flygon POP 4 Holo on Ebay

i was just wondering if anyone new if this real of not?

I've check many Pokemon Card Related websites and all have stated that the only holo's from POP 4 are

002 Deoxys
004 Pikachu
006 Combusken
011 Mudkip
013 Pikachu
016 Wobbuffet

That would be from the new EX value pack. It includes the holofoil version of the flygon and there is one of typhlosion too.
