New PTCG Online Player - Need Deck Help

Hi guys i started playing poke tcg online two days ago
and for now i mostly use this cards

Cards that i have are :

Storm Rider Deck
Mental Might Deck
Rayyling Cry
Basic Yellow

Ex And 'Rare' Cards That i got from Last Two days
Ex:
Magnezone Ex 1x
Manectric Ex 1x
HawLucha ex 1x
and some other mega ex cards like gengar and mewtwo(that i cant use since i dont have gengar or mewtwo)
Rare i think :
Virzion
Goodra full evolution Line
Conkeludurr
Carbink
Heliolisk(full evolution line)
Vileplume
Vespiqueen
Registeel
Noctowl(full evolution)
MetaGross
Luxray(full evolution)
Flotte
Aromatisse(full evolution)
And some weeker cards

For now i use edited Strom Rider Deck with
Magnezone.manectric,luxray,virizion etc

anyidea what deck i can make? for a begginer Thanks
i do like Thunder digimons so any idea for some kind of deck with magnezone manectric...

PTCG Online can be a really difficult platform to get into, due to the amount of pay-related options. For someone like yourself, I'd recommend to continue doing what you're doing with the Storm Rider deck - refine it with the cards that you retrieve from the boosters. Unfortunately, a single Manectric-EX and single Magnezone-EX will not allow you to make a proper deck based around them, but they do make nice additions into the theme deck. It can be a slow process, but eventually you'll end up creating a nice collection of cards that you can trade to make better decks and the like - especially if you end up buying booster packs irl.

hi in meantime i got second manectricEX
for now my deck is thunder/water
2x manectricEx,
MagnezoneEx,
Shinx/Luxio i mostly use him since he have amazing second skill 40x dmg times how much other player took prize cards (it saved me alot of times lol)
eevee/vaporeon it have abillity to turn my pokemons in water types it helps when i fight fire type and there is alot of people who use charizard Ex o,O
spheal full evolution
Remoraid/Octillery abillity to draw cards until i have 5 it helps me alot too

Support cards are mostly for drawing cards/energy,Muscle Band,evo soda
overall it is going fine sometimes when someone have all Ex or psy/fighting pokemons can be hard @.@

Can you please tell me what booster pack give Ampharos Ex/Mega and Manectric/Mega i got my manectrics ex from versus

You will probably like to find a Flareon with a similar ability to the Vaporeon for the deck, if you're going to run Eevee.

Ampharos-EX can be find in Ancient Origins packs and Manectric-EX can be found in Phantom Forces packs.
