New 'Super Legend Set: Xerneas-EX and Yveltal-EX' in November [7/7]

I think the xerneas and yveltal will be the promo 's from the tins.
This is one of those things that I wish were released for the international market, but is most likely to not be released for the international market. I wished we got more precon products beyond the 8 or 9 theme decks they release every year. They got the world champ decks, but with the different card back and all, they don't really count.
This is the first box I have heard of in a long time that actually has a play mat and card sleeves. You see that often anymore like when Wizards Of The Coast was the host for the Pokemon TCG. Now that The Pokemon Company has taken over they have cut out a lot of the additional extras from a lot of the tins and boxes.
This is gonna be a Japanese release, right? If so, you guys think it will be a subset (like the Charizard Deck in Wild Blaze how it had different numberings and such)?
