New Take on Drowzee and Victreebel (Drowzee / Victreebel / Dragalge / Milotic)

I'm new at building decks, but this was an idea on here, and I kind of took over for it. Any help would be appreciated.

Pokemon:

  • 4 Drowzee (Furious Fists)
    3 Bellsprout (Furious Fists)
    1 Weepinbell (Furious Fists)
    3 Victreebel (Furious Fists)
    2 Skrelp (Flashfire)
    2 Dragalge (Flashfire)
    2 Feebas (Flashfire)
    2 Milotic (Flashfire)
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:

  • 4 Professor Sycamore (XY)
    4 Skyla (Boundaries Crossed)
    3 Shauna (XY)
    1 N
    1 Lysandre (Flashfire)
    3 Rare Candy
3 Virbank City Gym (Plasma Storm)
    2 Switch
    2 Energy Retrieval
    2 Ultra Ball
    1 Sacred Ash (Flashfire)
    1 Dowsing Machine (Plasma Storm)
    1 Startling Megaphone (Flashfire)
Energy:

  • 8 Grass Energy
    4 Psychic Energy

Strategy:
The strategy is to bring out Victreebel to poison and confuse the defending pokemon. Then to use Drowzee's Sinister Suggestion so my opponent only gets head. Paired up with a Virbank City it triples the damage. Also the Dragagle is there to make sure the opponent cannot retreat. The Milotic is there to power up the Victreebel so you can have 3 grass energies attached right away.

My only issue with the deck is how slow at dealing damage it is, it does place a lock on the opponent which can only be taken off from a Switch. Overall quite powerful, but slow deck. Any help?
