I'm just got back into the game. Last time I played was since the release of Arceus. What are some new T/S/S I should be looking for?

To answer your question (momentarily), it depends on your deck. Since you last played at Arceus, there are only 3 new sets since then. The ones you need to look for since then are:
Pokemon Collector (supporter to search for 3 basics)
Pokemon Communication (essentially a Pokemon Trader reprint)
Energy Exchanger (like the above, except for energy)
Team Rocket's Trickery (draw 2 cards, then the opponent discards 1)

Triumphant might have Twins, which lets you get any 2 cards if you're behind on prizes
