OU: Strategy New Tutor Moves for 6Gen Pokemon- Set Options

With the Move Tutors coming back to us in OR/AS many of us thanked Arceus for being able to finally use Knock Off Bisharp and Hyper Voice Gardevoir but on top of that some of the new 6Gen Pokemon surprised us with new moves to their arsenal.
What Pokemon from 6gen do you think gain the best new moves? do you think this may rise a certain Pokemon to a higher tier/ ranking?

Slurpuff getting Drain Punch is an improvement. Hyper Voice Aurorus is pretty cool too.

Yes! OP Politoed returns. Helping Hand is going to amazing running next to Mega Swampert.

I think Diggersby gains a lot- All the elemental punches Superpower and Knock Off..
this makes him much more versatile and might put him in even higher ranking.
