The idea is that there are two victini decks; one based around set up and the other based around coin flips.

Can anyone speak japanese? Translate what the psychic victini says?

I'm guessing it's something like 'flip two coins. if either is tails, this attack fails' or something.
 
1 energy for 120? O_O, would like a translation of that please.

the fire says that if you dont have 5 bench, this attack does nothing.
