Ruling new weakness rule

If you use eeeeeeek(clefa in Unseen force) to Salamence(Weakness colourless)and it the new rule. Would it still attack 0 or it will plus 30 more damage.

It never would. Damage is INCREASED, you can't increase something that doesn't exist. I think.

You can't add more damage to an attack that doesn't have damage to add to.

The new Weakness rule applies ONLY to D/P cards; all cards before it take double damage from Weakness.

so you mean that the new weakness rules in the D/P set is +20 & not double damage???

He's asking if a card does 0 damage to a new D/P card, will it be increased because of the weakness. As far as I know it wouldn't unless it already did damage. Just as darks don't make an attack do +10 if the attack does 0.

You have to do damage to add the weakness.

it does 0 damage. its just the same as strength charm and solid rage. aint no add no damage, if it does no damage.
